Late Patients
If you are late for your appointment, the reception staff will check with the GP to see if you will still be seen, however if you are more than 10 minutes late you will have to re-book. If you feel you must be seen, please speak to the receptionist who can update the GP.

APPOINTMENTS update 2021

The practice is re-introducing an appointment system which will allow patients to book ahead for non-urgent/routine issues.

The system will still mainly be telephone appointments and only when discussed with the GP, a face to face appointment may be arranged.

On the day urgent conditions will be triaged by the GP team on duty and you may not be able to specify who you would like to speak to.

Telephone appointments will be allocated an approximate time slot to make it more efficient for both clinician and patient.

Services for specific treatments will be opened up as and when we get guidance for local health authorities and as able due to manpower.

Thank you for bearing with us during this transitional period.
